By creating an account or using StudyFlow, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
StudyFlow is a free student productivity platform that helps you organize weekly homework, track deadlines, earn XP rewards, and compete with peers. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental consent, to use StudyFlow.
- One account per person. You may not share accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Create fake accounts or manipulate leaderboard rankings.
- Harass or abuse other users through the cheering or social features.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. PDF plans, tasks). By uploading content, you grant StudyFlow a limited licence to process and display it to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
6. XP, Badges & Virtual Items
XP points, badges, themes, and other virtual items within StudyFlow have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other currency. We reserve the right to modify or reset virtual items at any time.
7. Leaderboard & Social Features
The leaderboard displays your display name and XP to other users. By participating, you consent to this visibility. You can opt out via your profile settings. We are not responsible for interactions between users.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep StudyFlow available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings menu.
10. Limitation of Liability
StudyFlow is provided free of charge for educational use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
